Someone from Zaya is with you at every viewing.

ID check and contract
You verify your ID once, and the contract is signed at the office.

Pay the first month, get the keys
First month's rent and the service fee, and a photo handover report.

Zaya stays with you
You pay rent to Zaya, and call Zaya about any fault or dispute.

Tell us about the flat
District, type and bedrooms, and pick a time for the inspection.

Inspection and photos
Someone from Zaya inspects and photographs the flat in person.

Choose a plan
Letting, letting + collection, or full management.

We market and screen
We list the flat, check the tenant's ID, and attend viewings.

Contract and handover
A written contract, and a photo handover report signed by both sides.

Monthly collection and payout
We collect the rent and pay it out every month, on the collection and management plans.

Maintenance, disputes, reports
According to the plan you chose.
