What we collect
When you send a request: your name, your mobile number and whether it is on WhatsApp, and the details of your request (districts, budget and who is moving in — or, for owners, the flat and the inspection days).
The website never asks for a national ID, an exact address, a salary or a date of birth.
We also keep a keyed hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to stop spam, and where your visit came from (such as the ad you arrived by).
Why
To contact you about your request, and nothing else. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Zaya staff only. Your number is never sent to any analytics or advertising tool.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become a lease are deleted after 12 months. Spam is deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the site and remember where your visit came from. Measurement and advertising cookies run only if you agree to them.
Want your data deleted?
Message us through the WhatsApp number or email on the contact page. with your request number, and we'll delete it.
